Prescription Refills:

• Contact your pharmacy directly to have them request a refill for your current medications.

• If it has been over a year since your last visit, you may be required to make an appointment for us to evaluate if changes should be made to your medications or if you should continue on the same regimen.

• If you need help paying for your medications please contact the Partnership for Prescription Assistance (1-888-477-2669). This service is free and with one application you can start the process to get assistance of some kind for some if not all your medications, including some generics. Most patients can get assistance regardless of income. Please expect to spend about 10 minutes on the phone for your initial call.
