Medical Services and Rates

The services listed have been established without regard to your medical insurance status.
Laboratory and/or diagnostic test fees are not included in the below rates.
If you have medical insurance, you will be able to utilize your insurance for your laboratory tests.
In addition, if you wish to file with your insurance company we will gladly complete a form for you to submit.
However, if you do not have medical insurance and laboratory studies are needed, we can offer most studies at discounted rates.
Payment is due IN FULL at the time of service. If you do not have medical insurance, laboratory/diagnostic fees will aslo be due at the time of service.
